The urgent need for structural intervention has propelled the company beyond conventional limits. The first floor, subject to necessary reconstruction, will become a tribute to modern design, characterized by a lightweight structure supported by wooden elements. Simultaneously, the ground floor, with its captivating stone facades, will undergo internal consolidation, preserving its historical essence.

The juxtaposition of the massive historical base and the new geometric upper floor creates a unique visual dialogue, enriched by the irregularities of form and the green wooden elements of the ground floor.
